Mai Kubota (a second-year student in the School of Media Science) was selected as a winner in the Swift Student Challenge at WWDC2022 hosted by Apple for her submission in the Creative Application project.The Swift Student Challenge is an opportunity for students to create and compete using the latest app development platforms in which 350 winners were selected from among student applicants from around the world.

Creative Application provides students with the opportunity to practice application development using Swift teaching materials using Swift Playground and SwiftUI materials created by instructor Kengo Watanabe of Watanabe-Denki Inc.
